By accessing and using TDoGMC Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. 知识产权归属 Intellectual Property

您的作品： 您对使用本编辑器创作的所有皮肤作品拥有完整版权。

Your Creations: You retain full copyright ownership of all skin designs you create using this editor.

平台资产： 编辑器本身的界面、代码及交互设计版权归 TDoGMC Team 所有。工具中内置的 3D 模型仅作合理使用 (Fair Use) 参考。

Platform Assets: The interface, code, and design of the editor belong to the TDoGMC Team. Built-in 3D models are provided for reference under Fair Use.

3. 用户行为规范 User Conduct

您承诺不利用本服务制作、上传或分享任何包含色情、暴力、煽动仇恨或侵犯他人知识产权的内容。违者将被永久封禁。

You agree not to create, upload, or share any content that is pornographic, violent, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights. Violators will be permanently banned.

4. 免责声明 Disclaimer of Warranties

本服务按“现状”提供。虽然我们提供云端同步，但不对因浏览器异常、服务器不可抗力导致的数据丢失承担法律责任。建议定期下载您的重要作品。

This service is provided "AS IS". While we offer cloud synchronization, we are not liable for data loss due to browser issues or server force majeure. Please download your important works regularly.
